How can I receive the update?

You may download the latest SW version and other diagnosis-related services wherever Wi-Fi is available.

Do I have to pay for the updates?

In compliance with our charging policy for paid updates, there is an additional fee for the extension of update period after your warranty expires. For details about the cost, please contact our dealer.

When is the SW scheduled for updates?

Per our update policy, we release official version updates four times a year (January, April, July, and October) and additional version updates may be released in between depending on the extent of the content from the previous update(s).

Can you explain the product warranty policy?

Our warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase, and we charge additional costs for repair services thereafter. For more information, you may contact our dealer.

What is inside the Ultrascan-B kit?

You may choose between the Standard Kit and Premium Kit, but you may also purchase additional cables and accessories to your preference. For more details about our product components, please contact our dealer.

Can I purchase Ultrascan-B directly from your headquarters other than your authorized dealers? And can I still receive warranty service for products purchased abroad?

In compliance with our dealer sales policy, Ultrascan-B is only available for purchase through the dealer in your area. If you purchase the product outside your country, you may receive limited warranty and update services. However, if there is no dealer in your area, you may purchase Ultrascan-B by contacting our headquarters.

Is there a product registration procedure after I purchase Ultrascan-B?
